Your comfortable home for your vacation. Windsor Hills is a highly desired resort with wonderful facilities. Everyone has their own bedroom and TV. Relax on the lanai (balcony), eating meals from your full kitchen. A shuttle takes you to theme parks and there is a gorgeous pool for days you don't go. The condo is one block from the pool and clubhouse, so convenient and quiet.

Windsor Hills is an oasis only a mile from Disney World. Amenities include a huge pool with a water slide, clubhouse, playgrounds, exercise room, putting green, sports area, convenience store and shuttles to major attractions. AAA gives it a 3 diamond rating and units are in high demand. Our unit offers everything you could want: free Wi Fi, local calls and cable; TV's in every bedroom; a large flat screen n the living room; I-Pod docks, a full kitchen to save money on meals; in unit free laundry, pack 'n play crib, high end furniture, etc.

Location: 5 minutes to Disney World. Within a half hour is Universal, Sea World, Downtown Orlando cultural attractions, lakes, air boat tours. Just over an hour to the ocean.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollars) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
Additional information about rental rates

* $300 booking and security deposit, $75 cleaning fee.
* The 'extra night' rate applies to stays of over one week.
* HOLIDAYS listed have a 5 night minimum:
* Easter (April 4-18, 2009)
* 4th of July (June 29-July 8, 2008)
* Christmas/New Year's (Dec. 21-Jan. 3, 2009)

New Year's Eve - only 2 night minimum if Christmas is already reserved for this home.

Thanksgiving (Nov. 22-30, 2008) has a 4 night minimum.

Reservations can not be made more than 11 months in advance.
