This beautiful villa certainly has the WOW factor. Having two mastersuites and two twin bedrooms it is ideal for two families sharing. It is fully licensed and has everything you could need to proved a comfortable home from home for your perfect holiday.

The 30ft pool can be heated for your arrival and the extended decking is surrounded by it's screen and then colorful shrubs to give it that tropical feel. Just heaven when you want to stretch out in the sun or sit under the covered lanai, sipping cool drinks. It really is our little piece of paradise.

Located at Indian Point, Kissimmee the villa is just off the 192, ten minutes from Disney and only 2 minutes from Wal-Mart, the 24 hour superstore. Of course, it's close to lots of other major attractions plus shopping malls, places to eat and so the list goes on.

Just off the comfortable family room is a dining area for your main meals or you can eat in the breakfast nook in the kitchen, which is fully equippd with enough crockery to feed a Kings banquet.

Although the villa sleeps eight, there is a rollaway bed in one of the twin rooms and a crib in the other should guests need them. Each room has plenty of linens and we provide a good supply of towels and pool towels.

The villa is richly furnished and extremely comfortable so we have a great number of repeat guests.

We offer free local phone calls, free internet access and all taxes and cleaning fees are included in the rental when you stay for a week or more. There are games, books, DVD's for when you want a day at home and the games room is very well equipped too with large pool table, dart board, air hockey and boccaball.
