About Ohio
Ohio is a Midwestern state in the Great Lakes region of the United States. The states of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, and Michigan border Ohio. The 117-acre Belmont Lake in the park is preferred by anglers as they can land bass, bluegill, crappie or trout from the lake, the shoreline, or from the fishing pier.
Beaver Creek State Park, located in Columbiana County is a popular tourist destination in the state. There is a scenic river that runs through the park and it offers outdoor activities like picnicking, horseback riding, hiking, and mountain biking. The state also offers excellent eateries that serve a variety of cuisine, ranging from regional to international. The city of Cincinnati, Ohio, hosts the second largest Oktoberfest in the world and the fountain square area features several shopping, and dining options as well.
